How will my donation help?

Here are a few of the things we would like to do:
*Set up a library / reading room: we have a wide range of books, booklets, leaflets, DVDs, CDs and training material with nowhere to display them.

*Co-ordinate an effective volunteer programme run by a Volunteer Co-ordinator.

*Carry out more activities for persons with dementia, their families and caregivers such as art and music therapy, regular Alzheimer cafes and more.

*Engage in more services for persons with dementia, their families and caregivers such as transportation to/from activities and events, befriending, Helpline, caregiver training and more.

Please contact us if you or your organisation would like to help. You can make donations via bank transfer.

Corporate Donors

There are many ways that companies, big or small, can get involved: sponsorship, one-off donations, on-going funding. With your help, we can better establish and equip ourselves to expand and deliver new services for people with dementia and their caregivers.

Trusts and Foundations
If you would like to support our work and have links with a trust or foundation, please contact us to learn more about how you can help us to improve the lives of all those affected by dementia.

Memorial Donations

Donations given in memory of loved one are special gifts. They honour the memory of the deceased person by helping others.

Individuals

We appreciate donations in any amount by anyone who wishes to support us.

Coins for Caring

Our Association provides support for the people with Alzheimer's and their caregivers. Also to bring greater awareness of the raise of the disease in Trinidad and Tobago and improve the standard of caregiving through our outreach and education programs. To aid with our line of work “Coins for Caring” was launched in 2017 whereby seeking donations of local coin currency from the general public by way of collection boxes placed at convenient locations throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

You can support our Coins for Caring fundraiser by simply bringing your spare change to one of our meetings or events or drop them off at the office during office hours. Every little helps!

Gifts in Kind
If you would like to donate in kind rather than in cash. We would be happy to hear from you!

Printing supplies such as ink and paper aids with most of the printing materials we distribute to the public regularly .
